I am obliged to express our amazing experience when we were served by your customer officer Nazri, on numerous occasions. He approached me with prompt and efficient response each time I have doubt. His attitude has always been very sincere and seems to understand our company culture well. When one of my engineers met with a traffic accident, Nazri was on high alert and given her full attention to the matter. He contacted all concerned parties to assist my engineer at the accident scene and let him feel that he is not alone, as a foreigner in Malaysia.

Recently, the other engineer had some minor tyre issue which we required support from the maintenance team. I contacted Nazri who attended to the issue within an hour. The issue was solved promptly.
