I am writing to compliment Nazri and Din, customer service officers. I was cleaning our long term leased car when I noticed one nail stuck on my left rear tyre and the other on my right rear tyre. I messaged the 24 hotline and Nazri responded immediately. He contacted the mobile mechanic, Din who arrived in 30 minutes. Din then told me he needed 30 minutes to fix the rear tyres and proceeded to do the work. After half an hour, he told me there weren't any real damage to the rear tyres but instead found another longer nail stuck to the front tyre which resulted in air leak. That's very professional and thoughtful of Din to conduct checks on all tyres and spot the real cause of problem. Din did an excellent, quick and professional job which surpassed my expectations. As for Nazri, he has provided excellent and prompt service since I took over this car. He has co-ordinated well on various occasions and helped me many times.
